Shri. R. Kaviyarasan, Dy. Director of Fisheries &amp; Fishermen welfare, Dept of Fisheries, Govt. of Pondichery. Dr. M. Karthikeyan, Director MPEDA, Shri. K. S. A. Paneer Selvam from &nbsp;Athiramapattinam. Several farmers and officials from MPEDA, NaCSA, NETFISH and RGCA participated virtually in the seabass fish harvest programme.
