MPEDA Exports Awards
MPEDA Awards for Outstanding Export Performance:
MPEDA awards for outstanding performance in marine products exports were instituted in 1990. The awards are given to top two manufacturer exporters under five different categories and sub-categories. The terms, conditions and eligibility criteria for awardees are decided by Export Promotion Committee (EPC) of the Authority. List of top 10 exporters of each category are prepared as per the criteria fixed by the EPC. The categories under which awards are given are as follows:
| Category I | (A) Manufacturer exporter with highest export turnover (Value). |
| (B) Manufacturer exporter with highest export in volume. | |
| Category II | Manufacturer exporter with the highest turnover on the major product groups viz. |

| Category III | Exporter of Live Seafood other than Aquarium fish |
| Category IV | Exporter of Aquarium fish |
| Category V | Award for special efforts, taking into consideration of the achievements made in the following areas.
