RIBBON FISH FRIED

WHAT GOES IN

Fish
Ribbon fish medium size – 2 nos
Red chilly powder – 1 tspn
Fennel crushed – 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tspn
Shallot paste – 50 gms
Salt – 1 tspn
Tamarind juice – 1 tspn
Coriander leaves – paste – 1 tspn
Oil – 100 ml

Salad
Sprouted losse – 100 gms
Cucumber – 150 gms
Tomato – 150 gms
Lemon – 2 nos
Lettuce leaves – 1 bunch
Salt – 1/2 tspn
White pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
Sugar – 1 tspn

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Rub the surface of fish with a brush until the white deposit is completely removed.
2. Cut into 1 1/2 long pieces and wash thoroughly.
3. Marinate for half an hour with the given ingredients.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry fish pieces in two batches and remove when golden brown.
5. Make salad dressing with salt, pepper, sugar and juice of one lemon.
6. Cut salad vegetables into larger pieces.
7. Toss sprouted bean and salad ingredients seperately in salad dressing.
8. In a half plate arrange fish pieces and salad as shown in the picture.

Accompaniment : Tomato sauce
