What goes in:
Squid(round) : 600 gms
Fresh coconut (thin slices) : 100 gms
Red chilly whole chopped : 5 nos
Lime juice : 10 ml
Cumin crushed : 3/4 tspn
Garlic crushed : 10 gms
Salt : 5 gms
Capsicum-roundless : 100 gms
Almonds : 20 gms
Pistachio : 20 gms
Cashew nut : 50 gms
Butter : 30 gms
Oil : 30 gms
How to prepare:
1. Marinate fish with salt, lime juice and garlic.
2. Heat oil and butter together.
3. Add dry nuts, coconut slices and stir until they start turning light brown.
4. Add fish and stir briskly. When cooked, add capsicum, saute for a minute and remove.
5. Serve as shown in the picture.
Garnishing : Green chilly, lemon slices, parsley.
Accompaniment : Tomato sauce and green chutney.
