What goes in:
Prawns-medium – 600gms
Salt – 1 tspn
Lime Juice – 10ml
Red Chilli Paste – 10 gms
Turmeric Powder – Half tspn
Garam Masala – Half tspn
Ground Nut Oil – 30 ml
Butter – 30 ml
Onion Chopped – 200 gms
How to prepare:
1. Marinate the fish with salt, lime juice, red chilli, turmeric, and cumin.
2. Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
3. Stir the prawns for about 2 minutes at a high flame. Sprinkle little water if needed.
4. Finish with boiled and powdered kasoor methi, pepper corns and masala.
Accompaniment: Rice Dish, Parathas.
