What goes in:
Prawn Shelled – 600 gms
Onion Crushed – 100 gms
Oil – 30 ml
Butter – 30 gms
Red Chilly Powder – 1 tspn
Turmeric – 1/4 tspn
Garlic Paste – 1 tspn
White Vinegar – 10 ml
Salt – 5 gms
Ajwane – 1/4 tspn
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tspn
How to prepare:
1. Marinate prawn in a mixture made up of spices powder, garlic paste, vinegar and half of salt and keep for 30 mins.
2. Heat oil and butter in a pan and crackle mustard seeds and ajwane.
3. Add prawns, remaining salt and stir until the fish is completely cooked (3 mts). Combine tomato puree and little water and simmer for 2 mts.
4. Serve hot garnished with spring onion and coriander leaves.
Accompaniment: Pulao & Rotis.
