Here’s the recipe.
What goes in:
Fish
Squid body (medium) – 4 nos.
Prawns shelled – 150 gms
Ginger paste – 5 gms
Green chilly paste – 5 gms
Garlic paste – 5 gms
Coriander leaf paste – 10 gms
Salt – 1 tspn
Vinegar – 10 ml
Egg – 1/2 nos.
Salad
Cucumber – 100 gms
Small cabbage – 200 gms
Tomato – 200 gms
Onion -100 gms
Radish – 100 gms
Coriander leaves – 4 sprigs
Lime juice – 15 ml
Pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
Garam masala – 1/2 tspn
How to prepare:
- Clean and wash squid. Add salt and little vinegar.
- Marinate prawns with green spices, salt and lime.
- Mix egg to the prawn and stuff inside the prawns.
- Seal the mouth and shallow fry in oil until the fish has cooked well. Cool.
- Slice into 1″ pieces.
- Prepare the vegetables for salad into edible size and toss with the seasoning.
- In a fish plate, arrange the squid pieces.
Accompaniment : Salad and herb sauce.
