What goes in:
Medium sized crab : 8 nos
Potatoes : 200 gms
Lime : 2 nos
Green chilly-crushed : 10 gms
Onion-chopped : 50 gms
Garlic-chopped : 4 cloves
Parsley-chopped : 20 gms
Salt : 3/4 tspn
Butter : 50 gms
Garam masala : 1/2 tspn
Spring onion shoots : 4 nos
Lettuce leaves : 4 nos
How to prepare:
1. Boil cran in water for about 10 mts.
2. Flake and separate the meat, preserve the shell.
3. Boil and mash potatoes.
4. Heat 30 gms of butter and saute green chilly, garlic, onion and potato for 2 mts. Remove and cool.
5. Mix cooked ingredients, crab meat, garam masala, salt, lime juice, half of the butter, chopped parsley and fill in the shell uniformly.
6. Bake under salamander for 4-5 mts to light brown colour, finish the top with remaining butter.
7. Serve garnished with lettuce head, spring onion flower.
